根据国际树作物研究所(ITCI)中国办事处主席王世绩研究员与澳、美两国办事处主席Ceoff Wilson和Miles L.Merwin先生的协议,经林业部批准,以墨尔本大学的Andrew Campbell先生为首的澳大利亚农用林业专家一行8人,于5月20日—6月2日,及以加利福尼亚州林业局Laurie Lippitt女士为首的美国农用林业专家一行5人于5月23日—6月7日访问了我国。两团分别由中国林科院林研所的高级工程师徐梅卿和副研究员熊耀国陪同并兼翻译。在北京、沧州、黄山市、禹城、泰安、兖州、成武、商丘、民权、徐州等地进行访问
According to the agreement of Professor Wang Shiji, Chairman of China Office of International Tree Crops Research Institute (ITCI), and Ceoff Wilson and Miles L. Merwin, Chairman of Australia and the United States, with the approval of the Ministry of Forestry, Australia headed by Andrew Campbell of the University of Melbourne A group of eight agricultural forestry experts visited our country from May 23 to June 2 and from 5 to 7 June on the 5th of May from the delegation led by Laurie Lippitt of the State Forestry Administration of California. The two regiments were respectively accompanied and translated by Xu Meiqing, a senior engineer of the Forestry Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Forestry and Xiong Yaoguo, an associate researcher.
