橡胶在加工、贮存和使用过程中,由于受到内外因素的综合影响,而逐渐失去其原有的优良性质,这种现象叫橡胶的老化。橡胶的老化是由多种因素引起的综合的化学反应。热、光、机械应力、超声波、高能辐射、氧、臭氧等诸多因素都可能引发橡胶老化,一般橡胶制品的老化均是几种因素共同作用的结果,其中臭氧老化是比较常见的一种,若不做有效防护,将严重影响橡胶制品的使用寿命。
Rubber in processing, storage and use of the process, due to the combined effects of internal and external factors, and gradually lose its original good nature, this phenomenon is called rubber aging. Rubber aging is a complex chemical reaction caused by many factors. Many factors such as heat, light, mechanical stress, ultrasonic, high-energy radiation, oxygen and ozone can cause rubber aging. Generally, aging of rubber products is the result of several factors. Among them, ozone aging is the most common one. Do not do effective protection, will seriously affect the service life of rubber products.
