结合铸件粘砂机理，从Ｖ法铸造的成型特征上分析Ｖ法铸造铸件的粘砂原因。经长期生产实践探索，总结出Ｖ法铸造铸件防止粘砂的有效措施。
Combining with the mechanism of sticking sand, the reason of sticking sand by V method casting is analyzed from the forming characteristic of V method casting. After long-term production practice to explore, summed up the V method castings to prevent sticky sand effective measures.
