目的:分析增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、Bcl-xl、Bak蛋白在肺鳞癌中的表达,探讨其与肺鳞癌发生、发展的关系。方法:应用免疫组化法对40例肺鳞癌组织中PCNA、Bcl-xl、Bak蛋白的表达进行观察和分析。结果:PCNA在肺鳞癌中的阳性表达率显著高于正常支气管黏膜(P<0.05)。Bcl-xl在肺鳞癌中的阳性表达率显著高于正常支气管黏膜(P<0.05)。Bak在肺鳞癌中的阳性表达率显著低于正常支气管黏膜(P<0.05)。随着肿瘤分化程度的降低,肺鳞癌中PCNA的阳性表达呈上升趋势,而Bcl-xl及Bak的阳性表达呈下降趋势。结论:PCNA、Bcl-xl、Bak都参与了肺鳞癌的形成和发展,因此,有效地控制细胞的增殖与凋亡,对肺鳞癌治疗有重要的研究价值,可为肺鳞癌的治疗提供新的思路。联合检测PCNA、Bcl-xl、Bak在评估肺鳞癌的发展及判断转移趋势方面均具有重要意义。
Objective: To analyze the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and Bcl-xl, Bak in squamous cell carcinoma of the lung (SSP), and to explore its relationship with the occurrence and development of squamous cell carcinomas. Methods: The expression of PCNA, Bcl-xl and Bak in 40 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma were observed by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rate of PCNA in lung squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal bronchial mucosa (P <0.05). The positive rate of Bcl-xl in lung squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal bronchial mucosa (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of Bak in squamous cell carcinoma of lung was significantly lower than that in normal bronchial mucosa (P <0.05). As the degree of tumor differentiation decreased, the positive expression of PCNA in squamous cell carcinoma of lung showed an upward trend, while the positive expression of Bcl-xl and Bak showed a decreasing trend. Conclusions: Both PCNA, Bcl-xl and Bak are involved in the formation and development of squamous cell carcinoma of the lung. Therefore, the effective control of cell proliferation and apoptosis is of great value in the treatment of squamous cell carcinoma. Provide new ideas. Combined detection of PCNA, Bcl-xl, Bak in the assessment of squamous cell carcinoma of the lung development and to determine the transfer trends are of great significance.
