开展社区卫生服务,形成功能合理、方便群众的卫生服务网络,是新时期卫生工作的一项重要任务。社区卫生服务能够充分利用区域卫生资源,提供成本低、高效率的疾病防治和慢性病干预等卫生服务,能够较好地满足老年医疗服务的需求。近几年来,由于政府部门和社会各界的重视,社区卫生服务发展很快。1999年7月,卫生部等十部委局联合下发了《关于发展城市社区卫生服务的若干意见》,总结了各地的经验,对发展社区卫生服务目标、原则、主要内容、配套政策
The development of community health services and the formation of a health service network with reasonable functions and convenience for the masses are an important task in the health work in the new period. Community health services can make full use of regional health resources, provide low-cost, high-efficiency disease prevention and treatment and chronic disease intervention and other health services, and can better meet the needs of medical services for the elderly. In recent years, due to the attention of government departments and all walks of life, community health services have developed rapidly. In July 1999, ten ministries and commissions such as the Ministry of Health jointly issued the “Several Opinions on the Development of Urban Community Health Services”, summarizing the experiences of various localities, and developing goals, principles, main contents, and supporting policies for community health services.
