中职生到企业顶岗实习,既是学生综合能力提高的实际需要,也是国家政策对中职学校办学行为的现行规范要求。只有通过顶岗实习,才能有效地检验学生是否较好地掌握了专业知识及技能,是否具备良好的职业道德素养并符合企业对中职人才的需求。然而在顶岗实习过程中,却往往暴露出学生思想道德水准低、团结合作能力差、创造性不足、缺乏就业竞争力等软性问题。现尝试以影响教育的观点分析德育教育在中职学校教育教学工作中的实行、贯穿,并提出相应的建议,即从小事做起,注重影响教育的统一性和连续性。
The internship of secondary vocational students to enterprises is not only the practical need of improving students’ overall abilities, but also the current normative requirements of national policies on running secondary vocational schools. Only through internships in order to effectively test whether students have a better grasp of professional knowledge and skills, whether a good professional ethics and in line with business needs of secondary vocational talent. However, in the internship process, they often reveal soft issues such as low ideological and moral standards, poor ability of solidarity and cooperation, lack of creativity and lack of employment competitiveness. At present, I attempt to analyze the implementation of moral education in the education and teaching of secondary vocational schools from the perspective of influencing education, and put forward the corresponding suggestions, that is, from the trivial matters, focusing on the unity and continuity of education.
