利用C150、C50连续驱动摩擦焊机分别对08F钢、20钢进行同种材料焊接试验。08F钢试验工艺参数为:主轴转速2000r/min、摩擦压力9.5kN、顶锻力23.6kN;20钢试验工艺参数为:主轴转速2500r/min、摩擦压力22kN、顶锻力30kN。焊后对其接头的组织性能进行研究。结果表明:应用连续驱动摩擦焊,能形成良好的焊接接头,接头的晶粒比母材区晶粒细小;焊接接头由塑性变形区、热影响区组成;焊接接头的硬度值大于母材区,08F钢接头的硬度值较母材区提高了约20%,20钢提高了约40%。
Using C150, C50 continuous drive friction welding machine 08F steel, 20 steel welding test of the same material. 08F steel test process parameters: spindle speed 2000r / min, friction pressure 9.5kN, upset force 23.6kN; 20 steel test process parameters: spindle speed 2500r / min, friction pressure 22kN, upset forging 30kN. After welding its joint performance of the organization. The results show that the continuous welded friction welding can form a good welded joint with smaller grain size than that of the base metal. The welded joint consists of plastic deformation zone and heat affected zone. The hardness of the welded joint is larger than that of the base metal. The hardness of 08F steel joints is about 20% higher than that of base metal and about 40% higher for 20 steel.
