高校科研作为国家科研创新体系的重要组成部分,对国民经济发展与社会进步起着重要作用。随着建设创新型国家战略的深入实施,高校科研工作不仅承担着数量众多的国家级、省部级科研课题项目,还担负着为国家培养高质量创新创造型科研人才的重任。体育学科作为高校科研工作的重要部分,不仅直接担负着培养高素质体育人才,促进全面建设科技发展的责任,还对深化高校体育学科改革,提高体育决策科学性,强化科学管理具有重要作用。因此,做好对高校体育学科科研团队的绩效管理工作具有十分重要的现实意义。
