目的:观察中药温经养血法协助治疗大月份药物流产后胎物残留的疗效。方法:将200例患者按就诊住院顺序随机分为两组,治疗组100例,对照组100例,两组均选用米非司酮、米索前列醇片流产,治疗组2小时后口服中药温经活血汤,同时两组均予以缩宫素及抗生素应用。结论:中西医结合治疗大月份药物流产后胎物残留,疗效显著,明显减少了出血量,缩短了出血时间,降低了清宫率,提高了药物流产的成功率,减少了并发症的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of Wen Wen Yang Nourishing on the treatment of fetal residual after large abortion. Methods: 200 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of hospitalization for treatment: 100 cases in the treatment group and 100 cases in the control group. Both groups were treated with mifepristone and misoprostol. Abortion was induced in the treatment group 2 hours later. After the blood soup, while both groups were given oxytocin and antibiotics. Conclusion: Integrative Chinese medicine treatment of large month after medical abortion fetal body residue, significant effect, significantly reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten the bleeding time, reduce the rate of curettage, improve the success rate of medical abortion and reduce the incidence of complications.
