改革开放以来,我国实行了沿海地区经济发展战略。沿海各省市供销社充分利用国家给予的特殊政策、灵活措施及优越的地理条件,积极发展外向型经济,取得了巨大成绩。相对而言,内陆省份供销社由于受地理位置、国家宏观政策的影响,对外贸易工作还处于艰难起步时期。如何抓住目前我国沿海沿边沿线多方位开放带动内地开放的新契机,借鉴沿海特区经验,奋力开拓,在对外经济上实现新的突破,已成为当前摆在内陆省份供销社面前的一项重要课题。本文拟结合内陆省份供销社发展外向型经济的条件及制约因素,对今后的抉择做一些粗浅的分析和探讨。
Since the reform and opening up, China has implemented the strategy of economic development in the coastal areas. The coastal supply and marketing cooperatives of various provinces and municipalities have made great achievements by taking full advantage of the special policies, flexible measures and superior geographical conditions that the country has given them and actively developing the export-oriented economy. Relatively speaking, the supply and marketing cooperatives in the inland provinces are still in a difficult initial stage because of the geographical location and the impact of national macroeconomic policies. How to seize the new opportunity of multi-directional opening along the coast of our country to drive the opening up of the Mainland, learn from the experience of the coastal special zone and work hard to explore new breakthroughs in the foreign economy has become an important issue facing the supply and marketing cooperatives currently in the inland provinces Question. This article intends to combine the conditions and constraints of the export-oriented economy in the inland provinces to develop an export-oriented economy and make some superficial analyzes and discussions on future choices.
