基于“创新过程”视角构建了中小企业创新能力评价指标体系,通过对235家中小企业的实证研究,明确了中小企业的创新能力结构,并引入雷达图方法实现了中小企业创新能力评价的可视化。首先,通过对过程视角的中小企业创新能力评价研究的回顾,构建了“创新过程”视角的中小企业创新能力评价体系。随后,通过因子分析明确了中小企业的创新能力结构,分为创新发起能力、创新实现能力和创新推广能力三部分,其中,创新发起能力包括战略管理能力、资源支持能力和学习能力,创新实现能力包括研究与开发能力和制造能力,创新推广能力包括营销能力和组织能力。最后,引入雷达图方法实现了对中小企业创新能力的可视化评价。
Based on the perspective of “innovation process ”, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of SME innovation ability.
