目的了解长沙市健康体检人群血压、血脂受体质指数的影响状况,为有效开展控制血压、血脂健康教育和预防心血管疾患提供科学依据。方法随机抽取部分长沙市健康体检人群并对其血脂、血压和体质指数进行统计分析。结果 BMI由正常向超重和肥胖组发展时,收缩压及舒张压的正常高值和高血压构成比呈上升趋势(χ2收缩压=250.69,P=0.000;χ2舒张压=305.81,P=0.000);甘油三脂,低密度脂蛋白两个项目偏高的构成比随着BMI向超重和肥胖组发展而升高,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2甘油三脂=381.805,P=0.000;χ2低密度脂蛋白=93.542,P=0.000);高密度脂蛋白检测情况则相反(χ2=226.997,P=0.000);胆固醇组间差异虽有统计学意义,但变化趋势不明显(χ2=46.441,P=0.000)。结论收缩压和舒张压受体质指数的影响显著;血脂检测项目亦受其影响,尤其是甘油三脂和高密度脂蛋白;加强相应的健康教育工作有益于人群的健康。
Objective To understand the influence of blood pressure and serum lipids receptor mass index on healthy physical examination population in Changsha and to provide a scientific basis for effective control of blood pressure, blood lipid health education and prevention of cardiovascular disease. Methods Some health check-ups in Changsha were randomly selected and their blood lipids, blood pressure and body mass index were statistically analyzed. Results When the BMI was increased from normal to overweight and obesity, the systolic and diastolic highs and the constituent ratios of hypertension increased (χ2 systolic pressure = 250.69, P = 0.000; χ2 diastolic pressure = 305.81, P = 0.000) ; The compositional ratio of triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in two items increased with the development of BMI to overweight and obesity group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 triglyceride = 381.805, P = 0.000; χ2 (Χ2 = 226.997, P = 0.000). Although there was significant difference among the cholesterol groups, the change tendency was not obvious (χ2 = 46.441, P = 0.000); while the HDL test was the opposite P = 0.000). Conclusion Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure are significantly affected by the body mass index. Blood lipid test items are also affected, especially triglycerides and high density lipoproteins. Strengthening health education is beneficial to the health of the population.
