本刊《案例会诊》专栏开办以来，广大读者踊跃参加讨论、令人高兴。第一期《是违章逆行还是借道通行》的讨论，参与者不但看法各异，且都引用法规条文作为依据，涉及法规条文竟达１３条（款）之多。针对同一案件依据同样的法规不同的人得出多种不同的结论，这件事令人深思。联系到参加讨论的大部分都是第一线的事故处理民警，几乎每天都在办案的情况，可见同样的事故在不同的事故处理民警面前，是非曲直有差别，有时竟然会截然相反。那么；这种局面是如何形成的？是法规不严密还是民警素质有问题？为此，我们请来一些同志召开座谈会对此进行了讨论、下面就是大家的看法──—
Our magazine “case consultation” since the opening of the column, the majority of readers actively participate in the discussion, very happy.
