一、建设企业文化,深化企业改革,增强企业活力党的十一届三中全会揭开了中国社会主义体制改革伟大进程的序幕。从此,深化企业改革,增强企业活力,就成为中国企业面临的头等重要的课题。如何从根本上改变企业的面貌?如何从根本上调动职工的积极性、主动性、创造性?对这样重大的问题,答案只有一个:改革一改革企业外部的经济体制和政治体制,改革企业内部的经营体制。
I. Building corporate culture, deepening corporate reforms, and strengthening enterprise vitality The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party unveiled the prelude to the great process of China’s socialist structural reform. Since then, deepening corporate reforms and enhancing the vitality of enterprises have become top priorities for Chinese companies. How to fundamentally change the face of the enterprise? How to fundamentally mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of employees?
