在“液体金属模锻工艺特点及近况”(下简称“液况”)一文中,我们曾经指出:“液锻工艺过程比较简单。采用液锻工艺生产的产品,它的机械性能好,成品率很高。”但是,如果对液锻的有关工艺问题考虑不周,控制不当,就会直接影响液锻件的质量和生产率。影响液锻件质量和生产率的主要工艺问题有:液锻比压力、液锻速度、液锻温度范围、涂料、定量浇注、液锻件的工艺性和液锻模设计等。有关定量浇注、液锻件工艺性和液模设计等方面的问题,以后再作详细介绍,本文着重讨论比压力、液锻速度、温度和涂料等几个液锻工艺问题。
