阀门在锅炉汽、水、油系统中是一种不可缺少的控制部件,它具有截流、节流、调节、防止介质倒流及卸压等功能。阀门的种类很多,按压力可分为低压、中压、高压、超高压阀门。按工作介质温度分为高温、中温和常温阀门。按其用途可分为隔绝阀、调节阀、止回阀及安全阀等。 一台300MW机组锅炉汽水系统中所配的各种规格及型式的阀门,控制循环锅炉约有160只,自然循环锅炉有230只,直流锅炉的阀门更多达560只。这些阀门在系统中的作用大致可分为:隔绝类——起接通或截断介质的隔绝阀、疏水、放气阀;调节类——改变流量或压力的给水调节阀,喷水调节阀及减压阀;保护类——有安全阀、电动泄压阀;导向类——防止介质倒流的止回阀。
