何××,女性,45岁,营业员,住院号13696。因感冒服康泰克1粒,约6小时后全身皮肤出现对称性红色丘疹,眼睑、口唇、面部水肿,伴瘙痒、呼吸困难约30分钟。门诊以康泰克过敏于1991年11月15日急诊入院。查体;体温37℃,呼吸32次/分,脉搏88次/分.血压14.7/9.3 kPa。神清,呈急性病容,口面部紫绀,烦躁,端坐呼吸,鼻翼扇动,三凹征明显。全身皮肤布满对称性红色丘疹,界限不清,压之褪色;四肢、躯干皮肤大片不规则形局限性水肿,明显高出皮
