针对煤矿井巷工程流沙层段围岩体松散、易碎和变形大的特点,提出预注复合化学浆液实现流砂层段快速固结。以环氧树脂为基本原料生成乙烯基环氧树脂,与催化剂组成制备双组分固砂注浆材料,并对其性质、固化体力学性能及固砂效果进行研究。实验结果表明:固砂材料具有黏度低、可注性好、耐腐蚀、阻燃性好等特点;注浆材料与细砂具有较大的黏结强度、抗变形能力,现场工程应用效果显著。
In view of the loose, fragile and large deformation of the surrounding rock mass in the runoff section of coal mine tunnel project, the pre-injection combined chemical slurry is proposed to realize rapid consolidation of the sands layer. Epoxy resin as the basic raw material to generate vinyl epoxy resin, and the catalyst composition of the two-component solidified grouting material, and its properties, mechanical properties of solidified body and sand effect. The experimental results show that the solidified sand has the characteristics of low viscosity, good injectability, corrosion resistance and good flame retardancy. The grouting material and fine sand have great bonding strength and anti-deformation ability, and the application effect is obvious.
