去年,全国邮电部门在社会主义物质文明建设和精神文明建设方面都取得了好的成绩。邮电行业的风气有了比较明显的好转,通信能力进一步增强,行业经营效益持续提高。邮电业务总量比上年增长10.8%,邮电业务收入比上年增长15.2%,超额完成了年计划。这与各级邮电部门财会干部在组织收入,控制支出,完善改革措施,加强财务管理和监督等方面所做的工作是分不开的。在新的一年里,我们要认真贯彻落实增产节约、增收节支的各项措施,强化经营,促进改革,在努力发展邮电业
