改革开放以来,尤其是近年来由于人们权利意识不断上升,医疗纠纷呈现日益增多的发展趋势。据有关部门统计,1999年全国消费者协会接到的医疗投诉就达12900多起,这一数据是总投诉量的16％(占第5位),可见医疗纠纷已成为当今社会的一大热点。所谓医疗纠纷是指医患(或其家属)双方对诊疗护理过程中出现的各种情况及对这些情况发生
Since the reform and opening up, especially in recent years, due to the continuous rise of people’s rights awareness, medical disputes show a growing trend of development. According to statistics from relevant departments, in 1999, the National Consumer Association received more than 12900 medical complaints, which is 16% of the total complaints (accounting for No. 5). This shows that medical disputes have become a hot issue in today’s society . The so-called medical disputes refers to the medical patients (or their families) both the emergence of medical and nursing care in the process of the situation and the occurrence of these situations
