用免疫组化方法观察30例桥本氏甲状腺炎过氧化物酶的分布及改变。甲状腺过氧化物酶(TPO)在桥本氏甲状腺炎的阳性率及相对含量都明显低于甲亢及正常对照组。TPO阳性见于散在的小滤泡及小细胞团。桥本氏甲状腺炎TPO明显减少和碘有机化障碍有关,TPO减少的主要原因是滤泡细胞受损。
Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the distribution and changes of peroxidase in 30 Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. The positive rates and relative contents of thyroid peroxidase (TPO) in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were significantly lower than those in hyperthyroidism and normal controls. TPO positive seen in scattered small follicles and small cell mass. Hashimoto’s thyroiditis TPO significantly reduced and iodine organic disorders, TPO reduction is mainly due to follicular cell damage.
