1991年10月24日,联合国开发计划署向世界宣布:投资300亿美元,用15—20年的时间,在珲春及图们江下游地区建成第二个香港或鹿特丹式的国际性城市,珲春能否发展成为国际性城市,怎样才能建成国际性城市?实为国内外所瞩目。
On October 24, 1991, the United Nations Development Program announced to the world that it will invest 30 billion U.S. dollars to build a second Hong Kong or Rotterdam-style international city in Hunchun and the Tumen River in 15-20 years. Hunchun Can we develop into an international city and how can we build an international city?
