本文针对我国80年代研制成功的轧后余热处理钢筋,在高温焊接下,应力-应变曲线会出现两次屈服,使焊接热影响区发生减强现象,进行了大量热模拟和焊接对比试验。以此对其焊接减强特征及有关因素进行了分析研讨。本文论证认为,只要正确调整钢种化学成分,并控制好自回火温度和焊接参数,焊接减强就有可能避免,这为进一步推广应用该种钢筋,提供了一个有益的试验依据和办法。
In this paper, for the post-rolling residual heat treatment rebar developed in China in the 1980s, under the high-temperature welding, the stress-strain curve appears twice yielding, and the heat-affected zone of welding is reduced. A lot of thermal simulation and welding contrast tests are carried out. Based on this, the characteristics of welding reduction and related factors were analyzed and discussed. This article argues that as long as the chemical composition of the steel is properly adjusted and the self-tempering temperature and welding parameters are properly controlled, the welding reduction may be avoided. This provides a useful experimental basis and method for the further application of the steel reinforcement.
