在经济管理中,有三种力量推动社会经济的前进和管理的变革,那就是学院、企业和咨询机构。学院进行理论研究,提供管理理论的支持,企业是管理的具体实施者,而咨询机构介于两者之间,通过为企业提供咨询服务的方式,用更直接的方式向企业传播先进的管理理念。新疆管理咨询随着市场经济的发展应运而生,作为一个新兴的行业,尽管存在无限商机和发展机遇,但还存在两大问题:一是行业发展不规范,二是管理咨询企业竞争力薄弱。就这些问题,本文提出了对策和建议。
In economic management, there are three forces that promote socioeconomic progress and management change, namely, colleges, enterprises and advisory bodies. The Institute conducts theoretical research and provides management theory support. The enterprise is the concrete implementer of management. The consulting agency is in between. Through the way of providing consulting service for the enterprise, the college disseminates the advanced management concept to the enterprise in a more direct way . With the development of market economy, Xinjiang management consulting came into being. As an emerging industry, there are two major problems in terms of business opportunities and development opportunities. First, the development of the industry is not standardized and the management consulting enterprises are weak in competitiveness. On these issues, this paper presents countermeasures and suggestions.
