由来自扬州大学旅游烹饪学院的唐建华、嵇步峰、朱在勤与何小龙组成的益海嘉里餐饮发展(扬州大学)参赛队,擅长淮扬菜系制作。此次大会制作了瑶柱文思豆腐、芙蓉鱼片、庭院小景和梨汁豆腐等八道美食,向世界展示中餐的精致口感和文化魅力,用自己的烹饪技艺来演绎舌尖上的美食艺术,并因此获得了本次大赛的团体金奖冠军。益海嘉里餐饮发展总监叶斌认为,每一次取得的成就都是团队协作
The team from Yihai Kerry Restaurant Development (Yangzhou University), composed of Tang Jianhua, Qiong Bufeng, Zhu Zaidin and He Xiaolong, from Tourism College of Yangzhou University, is good at making Huaiyang cuisine. The conference produced eight dishes of Yaozhu Evans’ tofu, hors d’oeuvres, small courtyard garden and pear juice tofu to show the world the delicate taste and cultural charm of Chinese food and to use its own cooking skills to interpret the culinary arts on the tongue.
