本文通过分析全新《建筑业企业资质标准》的规定,结合高职建筑工程专业人才培养的目标以及目前人才培养中存在的问题,提出了加强高职建筑工程专业人才培养改革的几点建议,旨在对高职院校能够培养出建筑行业真正需要的专业人才有促进作用。
Based on the analysis of the new “Construction Enterprise Qualification Standard”, combined with the goal of higher vocational construction engineering professionals training and the current problems in personnel training, this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the training reform of construction engineering professionals in higher vocational colleges. In promoting vocational colleges to cultivate the real needs of the construction industry professionals have a catalytic role.
