江苏省无锡市积极发挥企业和市场作用,推动人才工作转型提升,为全面深化改革提供坚强人才支撑。发挥企业主体作用,提升人才工作质量效益发挥引才主体作用。无锡市采取政策推介、头脑风暴等措施,调动企业引进人才的积极性、主动性。去年,无锡按照规模以上骨干企业、“530”企业、科技型企业等5个类别,分别召开了107名企业家代表参加的5个座谈会,以点带面,加强宣传引导,推动形成“人才强企”的共识。
