艾滋病是一种严重威胁人类身体健康和生命安全、影响经济发展和社会稳定的重大传染病[1]。目前中国艾滋病流行正由高危人群向一般人群扩散[2]。暗娼是艾滋病/梅毒感染的高危人群之一,长期、连续开展此类人群监测,可动态掌握该人群艾滋病、梅毒和丙肝等感染率的变化,不断提高其行为改变能力。桐乡市于2006年成为国家艾滋病暗娼哨点监测点以来,连续八年开展暗娼人群艾滋病高危行为干预工作,为艾滋病疫情的估计和预测提供信息。现将2013
