为了适应工资制度改革后的新情况,中央组织部对党员交纳党费的办法作了相应修订。修订后的规定从1994年4月1日起执行。中央组织部1992年下发的组通字5号文件自行废止。现将修订后的新规定刊载如下:一、党员交纳党费的数额1、凡有工资收入的党员,每月以比较固定的经常性工资收入总额为基数(见附注),按以下比例交纳党费:每月工资收入在400元(含400元)以下者,交纳月工资收入的0.5%。
