高职院校是培养人才的重要基地,肩负着为社会输送应用型人才的重要使命。高职院校教育管理是一种以人为对象的活动,教育管理的过程就是培养学生健康成长的过程,其目的在于促进学生综合素质的全面发展,更好的适应社会需求。因此,高职院校要树立“以人为本”的教育管理核心理念,以学生为中心,从学生的实际出发,进行科学的管理,突出学生的全面发展,为高职院校又好又快发展指引方向。
