结果高血压肾病患者ACE(52.6±6.89)、尿MALB(45.9±10.43),健康对照组ACE(31.2±5.35)、尿MALB(13.7±6.78);两者ACE和MALB的差异均有显著性(P<0.001)。
Objective To understand the serum ACE levels in patients with essential hypertension and to understand their renal function. Methods The level of serum ACE was determined by immunoturbidimetry between patients with essential hypertension and control subjects and between patients with essential hypertension. Results The ACE (52.6 ± 6.89), urine MALB (45.9 ± 10.43), healthy controls (31.2 ± 5.35) and urinary MALB (13.7 ± 6.78) were significantly different among hypertensive nephropathy patients P <0.001). There was no significant difference in the level of ACE between the first grade of hypertension (36.2 ± 5.76), the second grade (47.2 ± 6.37), the third grade (69.1 ± 6.79), the first grade and the second grade (P> 0.05) , The difference between level 1 and level 3, level 2 and level 3 was significant (P <0.01). There were no significant differences in urinary MALB between primary hypertension (grade 1 (28.1 ± 9.44), grade 2 (33.5 ± 10.64), grade 3 (53.7 ± 10.05), grade 1 and grade 2, grade 2 and grade 3 (P> 0.05), the difference between grade 1 and grade 3 (P <0.01) was significant. There was a correlation between serum ACE and urine MALB in patients with essential hypertension (r = 0.04957; t = 3.51; P <0.001). Conclusions There is a significant difference between serum ACE in patients with essential hypertension and healthy controls and there is a positive correlation between serum ACE and urine MALB in patients with essential hypertension, indicating that serum ACE levels are correlated with renal function in hypertensive patients Sex.
