少年儿童图书馆是少年儿童获取知识信息的重要场所。本文对天津市少年儿童图书馆信息服务进行了分析,发现其服务过程中存在资源建设不足、知识服务能力差、智慧化服务不到位等诸多问题。笔者针对其提出了一站式服务、学科知识服务、知识可视化服务等完善措施。
Children’s library is an important place for children to acquire knowledge and information. This article analyzes the information service of juvenile children’s library in Tianjin and finds that there are many problems in the process of service, such as lack of resources construction, poor knowledge service ability and inadequate intelligent service. The author puts forward perfect measures such as one-stop service, subject knowledge service and knowledge visualization service.
