目前北京同期进入市场招商的商铺面积已达500万平方米,达到历史最高峰值。由于商铺供应急速增长,而市场新增需求相对缓慢,导致大部分项目均面临巨大招商压力,商业地产开发风险开始显现,运作能力欠佳的开发商将经受严峻考验。
Beijing currently has over 5 million square meters of shops in the market for merchants to reach its peak in history. Due to the rapid growth of supply of shops and the relatively slow demand of new markets, most of the projects are facing tremendous investment pressure, risks of commercial real estate development are beginning to appear, and developers with poor operation ability will undergo severe tests.
