分析了陕西省电力公司企业资源管理系统设备管理模块建设的特点和实施效果,结合企业资源管理系统的管理理念,结合试点实施的成功经验,探讨了建立现代电力企业设备管理科学化流程和信息化平台的手段,提出了优化设备管理业务的新思路,即根据收集设备管理关键绩效信息,调整设备运行维护策略。
This paper analyzes the characteristics and implementation effect of equipment management module of enterprise resource management system in Shaanxi Electric Power Company. Combining with the management concept of enterprise resource management system and the successful experience of pilot implementation, this paper discusses the establishment of scientific process and informationization of equipment management in modern power enterprises Platform means, put forward a new idea of optimizing equipment management business, which is based on the collection of equipment to manage key performance information, adjust equipment operation and maintenance strategy.
