目的分析健康教育对小儿先天性心脏病患者的影响。方法选取2014年9月~2015年4月我院收治的先天性心脏病患儿86例,按照护理方法不同分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予健康教育,分析两组患儿的负性情绪以及患儿家长对于心脏病相关知识的了解程度。结果研究组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组,且患儿家长对于心脏病相关知识的了解程度各维度评分值均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育可改善先天性心脏病患儿的负面情绪,提高患儿家长对于心脏病相关知识的了解程度,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the impact of health education on children with congenital heart disease. Methods Totally 86 children with congenital heart disease admitted in our hospital from September 2014 to April 2015 were divided into control group and study group according to different nursing methods, each of which was 43 cases. The control group was given routine nursing. The research group gave health education on the basis of the control group, and analyzed the negative emotions of the two groups of children and their parents’ knowledge of heart disease. Results SDS and SAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of all dimensions of parents’ knowledge of heart disease were better than those of the control group All were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Health education can improve the negative emotions of children with congenital heart disease and improve their understanding of heart-related knowledge of parents, which is worth popularizing and applying.
