Reform is the biggest bonus. Future economic development will follow the law of scientific development. The goal set for economic growth in 2013 will respect the law that the current market growth moderates moderately. Fiscal and monetary policy portfolios should not only be a measure of short-term steady growth but should also be conducive to promoting the reform of the relevant taxation system.
