我们对110例高血压、冠心病、糖尿病患者进行了血清,尿β_2-m RIA,现报道如下。 对象和方法 一、对象: (一)患者组:110例(男78,女32)患者,年龄56～68岁。其中高血压40例、冠心病80例、糖尿病20例。离血压伴冠心病23例,高血压病伴糖尿病5例。血肌酐,尿素氮正常者80例,尿素氮增高30例,血肌酐增高5例。尿蛋白阳性6例。 (二)对照组:50例(男36,女14),年龄51～63岁。均为门诊健康体检无高血压、冠心病、糖尿病者。

From blood pressure with coronary heart disease in 23 cases, 5 cases of hypertension with diabetes. Serum creatinine, normal urea nitrogen in 80 cases, 30 cases of elevated urea nitrogen, serum creatinine increased in 5 cases. Urinary protein positive in 6 cases. (B) control group: 50 cases (male 36, female 14), aged 51 to 63 years old. Are out-patient health examination without high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, diabetes.
