散发性脑炎在高原地区(海拔2,300~3,200米)并非罕见。我院于1976~1979年收治散发性脑炎58例,临床观察有如下特点。一、呈急性或亚急性发病。79.3%有前驱症状,其中上呼吸道感染占62%,消化道症状占13.7%。以青壮年多见,11~30岁者占51.7%。性别无明显差异。农牧区发病较城市高两倍。一年四季均可发病,6~9月
Sporadic encephalitis in the plateau region (2,300 to 3,200 meters above sea level) is not uncommon. 58 cases of sporadic encephalitis were admitted to our hospital from 1976 to 1979, the clinical observation has the following characteristics. First, was acute or subacute disease. 79.3% had prodromal symptoms, of which 62% were upper respiratory tract infections and 13.7% were gastrointestinal symptoms. More common in young adults, 11 to 30 years of age accounted for 51.7%. No significant gender differences. The incidence in rural areas and pastoral areas is twice as high as that in cities. Can be onset throughout the year, 6 to 9 months
