大鼠以18m/min的速度运动100分钟后,测定腓肠肌和比目鱼肌肌浆网Ca2+-Mg2+-ATpase活性和Ca2+转运。结果发现,大鼠长时间耐力,性运动致疲劳后骨骼肌肌浆网功能下降,这一结果提示运动性骨骼肌疲劳可能与肌浆网功能下降有关。关键词:
After rats were exposed to 18 m / min for 100 min, Ca2 + -Mg2 + -ATPase activity and Ca2 + transport in the sarcoplasmic reticulum of gastrocnemius and soleus were measured. The results showed that long-term endurance, fatigue caused by exercise-induced sarcoplasmic reticulum decreased skeletal function, the results suggest that exercise-induced skeletal muscle fatigue may be related to decreased sarcoplasmic reticulum.
