随着社会经济形势的变化,建筑环境与能源应用工程专业学生的就业和培养模式面临着新的挑战。基于青岛农业大学2014届毕业生社会需求和培养质量调查报告中对于建筑环境与能源应用工程专业毕业生的就业状况及其对专业培养质量的主观评价,分析了建筑环境与能源应用工程专业人才培养面临的主要问题,并就实验实践教学环节、课程设置和师资建设等方面提出了改进的措施和方法。
With the changes of social and economic conditions, the employment and training mode of construction environment and energy application engineering students are facing new challenges. Based on the survey of social needs and training quality of 2014 graduates of Qingdao Agricultural University, this paper analyzes the employment status of graduates in construction environment and energy application engineering and their subjective evaluation of professional training quality, analyzes the training of construction environment and energy application engineering professionals Facing the main problems, and put forward the improved measures and methods on the aspects of experimental teaching, curriculum and teachers construction.
