本文通过对医学护理专业本科学生的语言应用能力的调查,了解其英语语用能力和在用英语交流时存在的语用失误,分析医学护理本科生的语用能力缺陷及语用失误原因。发现语用能力影响最大的是学习者的学习动机和教学方式,其次才是学习方式和语言环境。我们应该在鼓励学生自我提高语用能力的同时,注意加强教学方式的改革与提高,更要注重提高学生实际使用英语的能力,只有这样才能改变学生的学习方式和氛围,真正提高其英语语用能力。
Based on a survey of the language ability of undergraduate medical nursing students, this paper analyzes the pragmatic competence of English majors and their pragmatic failures in the communication with English students, and analyzes the defects of pragmatic competence and pragmatic failure of medical undergraduates. It is the learning motivation and teaching method of learners who find that pragmatic competence has the greatest impact, followed by learning styles and language environment. We should encourage students to improve their own pragmatic ability, pay attention to strengthening the reform and improvement of teaching methods, but also to focus on improving students’ ability to use English, the only way to change the way students learn and atmosphere, and truly improve their English pragmatic ability.
