采用S~P快速免疫组化法检测了48例NSCLC患者肺癌组织和配对淋巴结组织。P(53)蛋白产物表达,结果显示:NSCLC患者中。P(53)蛋白异常表达占72%(35/48例),其中,鳞癌为81.8%(18/22),腺癌为65.4%(17/26)各期肺癌原发灶均有异常表达,但转移淋巴结中除1例阳性外,其余均为阴性。提示肺癌发生与P(53)基因异常改变关系尤为密切。P(53)基因改变在肺癌可能是一个早发事件。原发癌和转移癌的P(53)基因表达产物可能有所不同。
S-P rapid immunohistochemistry was used to detect lung cancer and matched lymph node tissues in 48 patients with NSCLC. Expression of P(53) protein product showed results in patients with NSCLC. Abnormal expression of P(53) protein accounted for 72% (35/48 cases), of which, 81.8% (18/22) of squamous cell carcinoma and 65.4% (17/26) of adenocarcinoma were primary lesions of lung cancer. All of them had abnormal expression, but except 1 case with positive lymph node metastasis, all were negative. It is suggested that the occurrence of lung cancer is particularly closely related to abnormal changes in P(53) genes. P(53) gene alterations in lung cancer may be an early-onset event. The P(53) gene expression product may be different in primary and metastatic cancers.
