扬子石油化工有限责任公司是我国著名的特大型石油化工联合企业,是我国较早开始Internet/Intranet系统建设和应用的企业之一。1994年底,扬子公司就向有关部门和机构申请并获得了一个C类IP地址和注册了网络域名(ypc.com.cn),于1995年上半年初步建立了扬子公司的Internet入口网站系统,采用两台SUN工作站建立了扬子公司企业的WWW、DNS、E_mail等服务,通过一条64K DDN专线接入国际互联网。1998
Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is a well-known large-scale petrochemical complex in China. It is one of the early start of the construction and application of Internet / Intranet system in our country.
