自从全国工农业大跃进后,各地工人都以冲天干勁,投入这一偉大运动中去,各种原物料的需要量随之急剧上升。在我們有色金属工业內,熔銅坩堝呈现供应紧張,以致影响生产任务的完成。因此上級公司指示我厂試用反射炉熔銅,經过短期試驗,終于获得成功。这种小反射炉完全用土法构造,不但解决了坩堝的供应紧張,在經济上也較坩堝为节約。茲就材料、結构、操作方法及經济效果四方面分述如下:
