胰腺类癌少见,引起阻塞性黄疸更为罕见,我院曾收治一例,报告如下。患者男,40岁。入院前一年出现中上腹部隐痛,进食后较明显。每次疼痛持续约一小时,能自行缓介。不伴腹泻。人院前一月出现皮肤巩膜黄染,逐渐加深。伴乏力、消瘦,起病以来,无寒颤发热,无皮肤间隙性潮红及哮喘史。体检:皮肤巩膜深度黄染,左镇骨上淋巴结未触及,右上腹可触及肿大的胆囊于助下4cm,心脏各办膜区未闻及杂音。实验室检查:血
