在批林批孔运动的推动下,我们遵照毛主席“科学技术这一仗一定要打,而且必须打好“的教导,学习外地小麦应用矮壮素防倒、增产的经验,结合我区近年来喷洒矮壮素的试验情况,去年在永宁县王太大队进行了小麦应用矮壮素的试验与大面积示范工作,取得了一定结果。试验证明,小麦应用矮壮素最低亩增产66斤,最高亩增产162斤,增产幅度9.5~23.1%。大面积示范共216.5亩,其中有36.5亩单收单打,平均亩产802斤,比没有喷矮壮素的20.3亩平均亩产733斤,增加69斤,增产9.4%。
