目的:优化倒卵叶五加多糖提取分离工艺。方法:水提醇沉提取多糖,正交实验设计,探讨影响多糖提取分离工艺的诸因素。结果:倒卵叶五加多糖最佳提取分离工艺为用10倍水提取3次,每次1h。醇沉分离工艺最佳条件为乙醇浓度85%,料液比1∶2(g/mL),静置14h。结论:倒卵叶五加多糖提取分离工艺稳定可靠,最优条件下多糖得率为466mg/100g生药。
Objective: To optimize the extraction and separation of polysaccharides from Acanthopanax senticosus. Methods: Polysaccharides were extracted by water and ethanol precipitation, and were designed by orthogonal experiment. The factors influencing the extraction and separation of polysaccharides were discussed. Results: The optimum extraction and isolation technology of polysaccharides from Ovipogon japonicus was that it was extracted with 10 times of water for 3 times, each time being 1h. The optimal conditions of alcohol precipitation separation were ethanol concentration 85%, solid-liquid ratio 1: 2 (g / mL) and standing for 14h. CONCLUSION: The extraction and isolation of polysaccharides from Acanthopanax senticosus is stable and reliable. Under optimal conditions, the yield of polysaccharides is 466mg / 100g crude drug.
