2008年以来,辛集市总工会实行了由地税全额代征2%工会经费工作。为保证基层工会留成经费到位,提高经费收缴率,近期,辛集市总经审会对这项工作的运行情况进行了调研,针对调研中发现的问题提出如下意见和建议。
Since 2008, Xinji City Federation of Trade Unions has implemented a total of 2% of the land tax collected on behalf of trade union funds. In order to ensure that the grass-roots labor unions remain on their own funds and raise the collection rate of funds, the General Review Board of Xinji City recently conducted a survey on the operation of this work and put forward the following opinions and suggestions on the problems discovered during the investigation.
