医疗护理技术操作常规1980年第二版1,253页,推荐用0.1%的洗必泰溶液作为金属医疗器械的浸泡消毒,为了防锈可加入0.5%的亚硝酸钠。经我们多次的配制,发现用该方配出的0.1%洗必泰溶液,放置1～2小时后有沉淀析出,沉淀物吸附于器械和器皿壁上,经醋酸盐和亚硝酸盐鉴别,证明沉淀物是醋酸洗必泰和亚硝酸钠的混合物。沉淀产生的原因,可能是由于亚硝酸钠的含量过高而引起的。为了探讨0.15洗必泰溶液中亚硝酸钠的合理加入量,我们分别作了沉淀试验和抑菌试验。
