目的了解安康地区对人工流产后妇女计划生育相关服务工作的现况及实施效果。方法随机选取安康地区2012年1月-2015年1月各级提供计划生育服务的医疗机构6家及其实施无痛人工流产后的育龄妇女3 018例,通过问卷调查的形式详细了解其个人一般情况、流产(引产)情况、计划生育知识掌握情况、计划生育个人态度及方式选择情况等,分析总结安康地区对人工流产后计划生育服务相关现况以及实施效果。结果入选对象中存在既往无痛人工流产史妇女占59.31%;78.3%的妇女距离此次妊娠前3个月内曾应用过计划生育措施,其中安全套使用比例最多(P<0.05),每次同房都使用安全套的妇女占21.3%;具有较高学历的人群普遍认为人工流产对身体有明显损害(P<0.05),可靠且不影响健康是育龄妇女选择计划生育方式时考虑的主要因素(P<0.05);计划生育知识掌握率60.01%。入选调查医院平均门诊量约700例,计划生育服务均能在工作时间正常实施。结论安康地区计划生育相关服务实施现况目前处于普通水平,需要广泛开展宣教工作并提高安康地区育龄妇女计划生育知识掌握率,为避孕方式的选择提供参考,同时应提倡男性积极参与到计划生育工作过程中来。
Objective To understand the current situation and effect of family planning services related to women after induced abortion in Ankang Prefecture. Methods A total of 3 018 medical institutions providing family planning services and 3 018 women of childbearing age after painless induced abortion were randomly selected in Ankang from January 2012 to January 2015. The questionnaires were used to learn more about their personal experiences Situation, miscarriage (induction of labor), knowledge of family planning, individual attitude of family planning and choice of ways to analyze and summarize the current status and effect of family planning services in post-abortion in Ankang area. Results There were 59.31% women with past history of painless abortion. Among them, 78.3% women used family planning measures within the first 3 months of pregnancy, of which condom use was the most (P <0.05) 21.3% of all women who use condoms; people with higher education generally believe that abortion significantly damages the body (P <0.05), reliable and does not affect the health of women of childbearing age is the main factor considered when choosing family planning methods (P < 0.05); family planning knowledge rate of 60.01%. The average number of outpatients in the surveyed hospitals was about 700, and family planning services could be implemented normally during working hours. Conclusions The implementation status of family-planning-related services in Ankang region is currently at an ordinary level. It requires extensive publicity work and better understanding of the family planning knowledge of women of childbearing age in well-being. It provides a reference for the selection of contraceptive methods. At the same time, men should be encouraged to actively participate in family planning work In the process.
